Hinkebein Elk Ranch + Feature
Recently I had the pleasure of adventuring to the Hinkebein Elk Ranch in Farmington, MO to photograph Kevin Hinkebein's story for FEAST Magazine. It was a lovely day trekking through the snow and mud with hand warmers in our pockets. Kevin even gave me a couple elk jerky sticks. Below are a couple of my favorite images from the day.

It was such a joy to photograph the cover and feature story for the December Issue of FEAST Magazine. Working with Simone Faure at La Patisserie Chouquette was a delight, as was munching on pastries afterward. Simone is such a talented chef. It's a pleasure to share her story.
